Schedules

The organizing committee will assign staggered assembly and disassembly schedules, as well as for loading and unloading to regulate the hall capacity. All personnel who attend must arrive on time, considering their passage through the sanitary filters, and respect the assigned hours.

Booth Design

Booth designs should be simplified, with open spaces that allow air circulation and provide flexibility for exhibitors and visitors to move, with furniture that allows for healthy distance such as acrylic barriers on business tables, counters, product displays, etc.

Build-up and Break-down

From planning, consider a quick assembly design to have a build-up/break-down with fewer staff and less permanence. All staff working before and after the event should maintain healthy distance (1.5 m) and avoid any type of physical greeting with the rest of the staff.

Signaling

According to your booth design, it will be necessary to mark on the floor every 1.5 m to guide the healthy distance and the route attendees/exhibitors must take. In addition, the maximum booth capacity must be visibly placed, depending on the recommended physical distance (1.5 m) and its size.

Cleaning and Desinfection

The organizing committee will do constant cleaning before starting and after finishing build-up and break-down activities. It will be the supplier and/or his staff responsibility to guarantee the cleaning and disinfection of the booth materials and furniture at the end of the assembly.

Food

Only designated areas can be used to consume food, respecting the maximum number of people and stay only long enough to eat. Inside the booth assembly zones is forbidden to consume food.

Hygiene Protocols

Follow the hygiene protocol at the show: Regularly wash your hands with soap and water or use the alcohol-based gel dispensers to clean them; cover your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze, and properly dispose your tissues.

We are counting on you to make our show safer for everyone
